Constance Lee Wiggs Garner (Connie) and son, Kenneth David Richbourg.
Connie is divorced and lives in Montgomery, Alabama. She works in the personnel office at Maxwell AFB, in the computer section. Her main hobby, at the moment, is building this web page -- it has been a fun, learning experience. She also collects angels and beanie babies.
