Bursey Named Publix Student-Athlete Of The Week

ORLANDO -Sophomore
golfer Megan Bursey is this week’s Publix Student-Athlete of the Week for
her efforts in leading UCF to a fifth-place showing at the Beacon Woods
Invitational last weekend. The team finish was the best this year for the
Golden Knights as Bursey finished sixth in the individual standings.
She started the tournament with a career-best round
of 69. She also shot two rounds of 76 to finish the tournament with a
three-round total of 221, the lowest score by a Golden Knight this season.
