| On Tuesday morning last our community (Lynchburg) was shocked upon receiving the news that Mr. Henderson Overby had been instantly killed at about half past eight o’clock that morning. He in company with John and Lafayette Runnels, were engaged in tearing down an old log corn crib when some of the timbers gave way, a large log falling and crushing his head against the side of the crib, killing him instantly. |
